what can be the cause of bad colon pain and bleeding very much from my anus for 3 week. i keep diarrhea a lot sometimes for weeks at a time. i also have a lot of mucus and stomach pain under the last rib on my left side?

Assessment needed: Let your doc know. Based on duration and intensity of symptoms it needs a full medical assessment. From inflammatory bowel disease to infectious colitis, a variety of conditions may account for your symptoms. The sooner you get evaluated, the better. In order to avoid ER, best chance will be through your GP/PCP.

Hiatal hernia: Possible hiatal hernia or gastric ulcer. Try to see a Gi doctor or try antacid first

Many causes: There are many causes of rib pain and tenderness in the ribs. A common one is a pulled muscle, or inflammation of cartilage in ribs. You may want to talk with a doctor about what could be the cause for you.

Unlikely: below the last rib is the area of T9 however if area of pain is small it's likely a musculoskeletal local issue rather than an entire T9 nerve root

Costochronritis: Rib pain can be very very painful and annoying. Use a heating pad and see your doc. In miserable cases i will inject a small amount of steroids and used acupuncture to release the associated muscles.

Very hard to say: Lilly T, you are young and from a Caribbean country.  If you have been injured, it probably is bruised ribs and they take a long time to heal.  They may get worse if you lie on them while they are not healed.  If you have not had ANY injury, or if you are having any fever, it could be something in your  heart or lungs so you should be checked.  good luck to you.

Could: Be constochondritis or rmuscle pain. less likely causes include CAD, Pleuritis, pneumonia and of cause most are accompained by other symptoms

Pain from stomach: If the pain with eating was on the right side, then it could be gallbladder disease.  Pain when eating which is under a rib on the left side, is most likely pain in your stomach.  It could be related to gastritis (irritation of the stomach), H. pylori (an infection in the stomach) or peptic ulcer disease (PUD).  It is a good idea to be tested for H. pylori which can lead to more serious problems.

Check kidney: It is possible to injure the tissues surrounding the ribs, but you would likely remember the incident. The area you describe overlies the left kidney, as well as other organs. Kidney infections are not rare and can cause damage if untreated. This type of pain deserves evaluation by your doctor.

when i bend down forward i feel like right ribs move or something. i lightly pushed one of the last few ribs on right side of back and it went forward a little. i felt it move when i pushed it. left ribs dont really feel like that. is this normal ?

Rib moving : Ribs can move normally. Feeling an individual rib move independently is not normal. I would start with your primary care doctor.  I suggest you see an osteopathic doctor with specialty in rehabilitation
