Possible hernia: Lots of pressure goes to testes when you sneeze.  A temporary pain is ok.  But prolonged pain could be a hernia or varicocele.  If this happens over and over. See your doc or urologist

i have developed a dull pain in both my testicles which is aggravated when i sneeze or blow my nose.  at first it was occasionally but since this morning it is constant.  i have not done anything different than what i normally do. should i see my gp?

Yes: This can be infection in the cord. But testis torsion can also cause pain. Kidney stones also give sharp shooting pains into your testis.
your GP will be able to test your urine to exclude kidney stones. And if there is infection your GP will be able to give you antibiotics.

Pain: The prostate gland is in this area.  An infection is possible.  You need to be checked by your family doctor or a urologist.

Not allergic: I doubt that this is a manifestation of an allergic problem.  A more likely explanation is an underlying internal medical or gyn problem that is exacerbated  by the sneeze.

ive noticed when i sneeze i get a sudden sharp pain in my right side. after sex today i got the same pain but it didnt go away. sharp pain like knives in my pelvis and right side. and nausea. an hour later it subsided. what is this?

: It could be a muscle strain in your lower abdomen/pelvic area, but your history would lead to some concern for an ovarian problem or even an ectopic pregnancy or infection (if you are sexually active).  I recommend a Gyn exam &amp; some lab work to be sure (pregnancy test, pelvic exam, STI testing, possibly ultrasound &amp; blood count &amp; urinalysis)

Schedule a visit: If this is happening consistently i would schedule a visit with your doctor to be evaluated for a hernia. Young women often have undiagnosed hernias in what is called the inguinal area. Sneezing can put pressure there causing pain.

Cyst, hernia, : The referred pain to the pelvis when sneezing or coughing can exacerbate the pain caused by an ovarian cyst; it can also be caused by a hernia (a small weak spot on the abdominal wall that can cause pain with coughing, laughing - or anything that increases pressure in the intraabdominal area). Could be a pulled muscle in the groin.
