Infertility & meds: If you are planning a pregnancy, and use high doses of narcotics for pain, it's best to talk to your pain management doctor about weaning off the medication before you try for pregnancy.  Being on the medications shouldn't make it harder for you to get pregnant, but they can make a pregnancy more complicated and can cause problems for your baby.  Talk to your ob-gyn for more information as well.

Pulling out: The pullout method has an extremely high failure rate. If you continue with this method you will most likely get pregnant eventually. Consider starting birth control. You also mentions that your boyfriend may have a problem with pain pill addiction. Think about if this is the right time to have a baby with this man. Encourage him to get help.

Yes: If a med is not safe in the first trimester, an attempt at stopping it should be made as soon as possible.  If the med has dependency characteristics (narcotics, controlled substances), it should be weaned to avoid withdrawal symptoms.  Rarely, pain medications may be necessary throughout the pregnancy and these babies must be watch carefully and treated for withdrawal/dependency.

Tylenol if safe.: You won't become dependent on it, but you should visit your doctor to determine the cause of your pain. That it's worse when you're active during the day hints at a musculoskeletal cause; once any other possibilities like infection or pregnancy issues are ruled out, you could also try massage, acupuncture/acupressure, ice, heat, or specific stretching exercises. i visited the doctor for pain pills and that i need to visit physiotherapy

Low back pain ?'s:  With both tubes removed, you still have ovaries which produce estrogen, which can activate endometriosis,  and the uterus which can have fibroid tumors, both of which can cause pelvic pain.  A diagnostic laparoscopy (done when having your period) and a pelvis ultrasound may assist in making a diagnosis for the pain.  Consult your gyn if either option has not yet been explored.

Sore throat ?: Andolex-C is not certified as "safe" in pregnancy, although there are no known adverse effects documented.  Warm saline gargles are often effective for symptoms described. Check with your OB for his/her advice.

what are some side effects of joint pain pills taken with other medication?

Which pills?: If you mean drugs like motrin, alleve, etc than GI bleeding can occur especially after long periods of therapy. If your other medications can cause a decrease in coagulation (blood clotting) adding a Motrin like drug can make the clotting time longer. Check  with your physician or pharmacist.
