Get checked: The nerves that work the arm leave at the neck - at your age I would recommend having a full Neurological exam to determine if there are other signs of nerve impingement. Sometimes neck stretching injuries - like during a rough football tackle - may irritate these. I would see your Doc soon.

Brain damage: Normally not as damage to the right side of the brain affects the left side of the body or the left hand in this case. If the damage was severe enough yes writing would be affect but so would a number of other neurological issues.

my right claivlce/collarbone is slightly more noticeable on right side. i do have bad posture and use my right writing hand all day at work. i noticed looking at mirror. should i see doc asap?

Right clavicle: It is not unusual for people to have a slightly more prominent clavicle on one side, especially the side of your dominant hand.
If there is no pain and the prominence is not increasing, you probably do not need to see your doctor for it at all. Otherwise, visit your doctor.

: Some kids grow up having the ability to use both. Let the kid evolve her talents as they emerge. If you treat her as a freak she will have a poor self image.

Overuse: Tendonitis commonly occurs as an overuse injury.  If you have been writing a lot, try typing instead. Maybe this will allow rest in the area that is bothering you, but beware that this may also work the same tendon & cause pain. If so avoid typing as well. Treatment options start with rice, antinflammatories, bracing, stretching, and strengthening (maybe ot or pt). Hope this helps!

Familial tremor: This is also suggestive of parkinsons disease but that would be unusual in a 20 year old.
Go see a neurologist and get a diagnosis.

if one is "born left handed" and for convenience learns to be right handed instead, except for writing. do the muscles and body in general have a predisposition for being left handed that switching to right handed (early on) would conflict with?

: Reinforcing a specific handedness, can stimulate neural pathways which then aid in "muscle memory" when using that hand. If you are naturally left-handed and use your right hand more, you will reinforce the brain pathways that support right handedness. I would recommend alternating use of both hands so that you maintain good neural connections in both sets of pathways.

Few things: It could simply be pain due to writing too much or gripping the pen too hard. Other possibilities includes tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and arthritis (usually osteoarthritis). These are not generally not hard to diagnose. Start with your primary care physician. If no help, see a rheumatologist.

Fatigue: could be something as simple as muscular writers
fatigue
but you might also be getting some early carpal tunnel
symptoms or some tendonitis
try a larger diameter writing instrument
if symptoms persist, get an orthopedic exam
