Possible plantar : Fibroma? The fact there is pain warrants a clinical exam. If indeed a mass is present, biopsy is mandated.

i have pain on pinkie side of foot, bruising on top of foot and pain in the arch of foot. no known injury. pain is worst in the morning. what should i do?

Not the right site: The location of the pain does not fit with planter fasciiitis. Could it be from an ill fitting shoe? See if warm compresses provide relief. If it persists or gets worse, you may consult a podiatrist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i'm training for a marathon after a 17.5mile run i began to get lateral pain in my left foot when weight bearing & walking. no swelling/bruising no pain while resting slight pain when i press into side of foot near 5th metatarsal and cuboid bone.

Jones fracture: The peroneus longus tendon wraps around 5th metatarsal at that location. Common fracture.

Sounds like a : Ganglion, but would be prudent to have it checked out by a foot specialist.

Infection: Splinter is foreign body. Foreign body reaction can occur  with inflammation and sometimes infection. Spinters can be difficult to see radiograpically. The best way of localization is with ultrasound for surgeon or physician to remove.

See details: The two best approaches are a short course of Prednisone or an NSAID such as Naproxen or indomethacin. I personally prescribe Prednisone in this situation unless the patient is diabetic. Local injection is painful and unnecessary.
