You need to: see a doctor, because your symptoms could be something else even more serious.  Kidney stones, depending on location, cause severe pain in flank or groin, usually not in hip or buttocks.  It also typically causes microhematuria, not visible to the eye.

See a doc today: You have been in pain too long!  It's impossible to say what's causing your pain exactly without knowing more about your overall health &amp; other symptoms. It's also hard to pinpoint a cause without an exam. New abdominal pain that has not gone away quickly is worrying. It may be something serious, like appendicitis or something minor. Hard to know: even the location of this pain from your description.  However, it is possible to aggravate an ovarian cyst or even to rupture it if there is deep or hard thrusting inside you.  If this keeps up, you should be seen, and especially if the pain gets very severe or you have any lightheadedness or get pale and sweaty.  Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids such as soup or broth and avoid  sex. Good luck!
