Ruptured cyst: Pain on one side after sex suggests a ruptured cyst. If it does not improve over the next couple of days or if it gets worse, you should see your MS. Sometimes a cyst on the ovary can cause it to twist and cut off the blood supply (ovarian torsion). This is a medical emergency, requiring immediate surgery. An ultrasound can check ovarian blood flow to rule it out.

sharp pain on my lower right belly. already took the pain killers but doesn't ease. it's already 3 hours past?

Possibilities: Right lower quadrant pains can come from problems with the appendix (usu. Low grade fever, nausea, pain w/lying flat or stretching out), an ovarian cyst, or twisting of an ovary, from the intestines, or musculoskeletal pains from the deeper internal muscles; or from hernias (small defects on the abdominal wall).  Severe pain, nausea/vomiting, fever >100.4 are some warning signs to seek med attn.

Appendicitis: Appendicitis is high on the list (assuming you still have your appendix) since you have no female organs.  Could also be a kidney stone but less likely.

Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific and can be caused by various conditions including ibs,chronic constipation, or pelvic congestion or low grade inflammation of intestine or  other pelvic/ ovarian disorders. If your right sided abdominal distress continues, I recommend that you be evaluated by your gynecologist and /or a general surgeon and any appropriate tests will be ordered after the assessment

RLQ pain: Many things can cause this - IBS, Crohns Disease, Appendix, Cecum, Hernia. If your bowels have changed, or you have a fever and possible nausea - I would suggest that you get this attended to in the ER

Appendix or: The bowels are in that area so could be constipation, cramp, the appendix is there so it can be inflammation of the appendix, and there is of course the bladder more to the middle of that. Might be an ascending urinary tract infection?

Hard to say without more symptoms/details: nausea? fever? pain with urination?

having pain on lower right side of abdomen. i have enlarged veins in testicles (hydroceles i believe). would this cause pain in that area, is it a concern?

Wrong label : Having dilated veins around your testis is called varicoceles, not hydroceles which is a totally different issue. Varicoceles are usually on the left side but may be on both. Some are symptomatic with an achy pain some not. Hydroceles might also give rise to discomfort. I would consult a urologist to sort out your issue &amp; discuss therapeutic options.

im 35 with 2 previous c sections and 1 miscarriage. i have pain on lower right abdomen and lower right back pain and pain in the upper right side of my stomach and also bloated. pain comes and goes for two months now. pain is dull then progresses?

: It is very difficult to answer your question without a detailed history and physical exam.I suggest you consult your PCP and get checked to fond the cause and get treated for it
