Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific and can be caused by various conditions including ibs,chronic constipation, or pelvic congestion or low grade inflammation of intestine or other pelvic/ ovarian disorders. If your right sided abdominal distress continues, I recommend that you be evaluated by your gynecologist and /or a general surgeon and any appropriate tests will be ordered after the assessment
