pins & needles left foot, pain left side: bum cheek, hip, outer thigh, outer calf, very bad left ankle & slightly puffy under outer bone. been 6 weeks or so, but getting worse, to the point of crying & i don't usually get emotional with pain. ideas?

Stop Playing around.: Sounds like there's a whole lot going on here. Any one of the areas of pain could be the problem and compensation causing the rest. 
Could be soft tissue or bone or both. Your best bet is to have it examined to eliminate the possibilities. My guess is that you will need a cam walker of stabilize the foot for a while.

i am recovering from lisfranc fracture 3 bones were fractured in my left leg 2 months back. my left foot is weak. big toe lost stifness. how to avoid?

The question : Is a little confusing. A lisfrancs fracture occurs in the foot, the question states you fractured left leg..Did you mean foot? Big toe lost stiffness? Lisfrancs is not a fracture of the toe, rather the metatarsal.....The toe could in theory be effected if the metatarsal fracture misaligned the toe. Sounds like you need to follow up with the foot doc that was treating you.

Foot pain: Congrats for recognizing that your feet are not supposed to hurt!  there can be many different reasons for foot pain.  From arthritis, plantar fasciitis, stress fractures, general foot fatigue, and countless more.  Even the time of day the pain comes can help determine why you are having pain.  You can ask your pcp for a podiatry referral if the pain continues to worsen.

how long can it take for numb feeling in lower leg through to big toe to go away when caused by sciatica? this symptom along with ankle bone pain is lasting longer than the usual pain in the hip/thigh area. had on and off since epidural for c-section?

: My rule of thumb is if sciatica is still problematic after 6 weeks, i recommend an MRI of the lumbosacral spine and/ referral to a neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment options.

swelling under the left foot's  ankle bone  for months.no big problems, only hurts when applied pressure.also, on the toe bones it has hurt a few time

Sounds like you : Should be evaluated properly before things get worse. Since you odont mention which side of the ankle, medial or lateral all we know is there is ankle swelling which could be caused by a multitude of problems. You should visit a podiatrist or orthopedist for further exam and treatment.

Sciatica: There are multiple potential causes, among the more common is a sciatica, which is pain from an irritated nerve in the back.  I would not hesitate to be seen and treated for it.

the inner side of both my feet hurt really bad whenever i walk. it feels like a bone is sticking out(not my ankle but lower down on the foot). help?

Sounds like you : Hyperpronate and that your navicular is protruding. You may have an accessory navicular. Try wearing orthotics.

last year,i  slide on stairs but i was able to get up &felt pain on my left  foot bone side and right knee but why i still felt little pain until now?

Because: Because you probably did structural damage when you fell.  Please be examined by your General Physician or an Orthopedic Surgeon to determine cause of the pain.
