Exam: GI exam, CT scan and abdominal ultrasound, upper endoscopy and pancreatic scanning with comprehensive bloodwork. Pain radiating from front to back is always considered worrisome. Consult a GI expert ASAP.

Get a medical exam: If the pain is persistent and getting worse then a medical examination is necessary in order to find the cause. It could be infection in the pelvic area or in the kidneys. Do you have fever? get your urine checked if your urination is more frequent.

Need more informatio: Is there any fever? Any pain or blood on urination?   U will need a blood count  and probably an flat plate of the abdomen(x-ray).  Als, may need a cat scan of the abdomen with and without contrast.    Could be ovarian cysts or kidney stones.  Are your noel's ok?

Diffuse pain: See a human doc and give him/her a thorough history and detailed physical examination. That is the key to good medicine! You may be asked to have a laboratory exam and imaging (ultrasound or MRI, etc) exams and possibly see a specialist if he's stumped. Infection, stone ??: Sounds most like some type of infection.  I'd get a culture and antibiotic.  From your symptoms most likely a bladder infection but could be something else.  See a doctor.
