BELLY PAIN: As you can see from the picture, there are a number of structures in that part of the abdomen/pelvis.   Certainly sounds like an examination would be in order. I would recommend follow up with your primary care provider.   If symptoms become acutely more concerning or severe, a trip to the emergency department would be in order.

im having abdominal pain, near the navel area. only have a loss of appetite. no diarrhoea or constipation, no fever, able to pass winds. i do also have lots of acid, so heartburn/indigestion. any idea what could be wrong?

Abdominal pain : We need more information. Extra acidity rarely causes problems around the navel region. This list of conditions is quite large. See a doctor in person

Hernia?: Occasional swelling? Focal umbilical pain with "unusual sensations" is suggestive of an umbilical hernia.  Get checked to be sure - repair is simple.

pelvic and side pain - urinalysis came back negative for uti. also abdominal pain near navel and under ribcage out toward side pain. what could it be?

Other causes: Could be problem with your appendix, (can cause umbilical pain, but usually causes fever, decreased appetite, severe pain), could be signs of a sexually transmitted infection, or an ovarian cyst.  Could be gastrointestinal (enteritis).  Would watch for fever, or any worsening of pain - will need to be evaluated by your doctor.

Abdominal pain: lower abdominal pain can be the cause of many things such as a urinary tract infection, constipation or even a hernia.  Please have this evaluated in a timely manner

Unbearable pain?: It is very unusual to have unbearable pain in a small skin lesion.  If you are putting anything on it stop.  And if the pain is truly so severe, that may signify a serious condition and if it lasts for more than a few hours, go to the ER.  Take care!

Possible: The rash usually starts on the trunk and spreads to head (face and scalp).  It begins with crops of red bumps which rapidly become little fluid-filled blisters which do not have an indentation in the center.  Children usually first have fever, malaise, and loss of appetite about a day before the rash begins.  The rash continues in new crops of lesions for 3-4 days.  They itch and may be in mouth.

Constipation: If you have an urge to move your bowels and can't, you should try working from below rather than take more laxatives. Try gylcerin rectal suppositories, dulcolax rectal suppositories or a gentle enema. If you have no urge, try a gentle stimulant like senokot (senna).  If you still can't have a bm, you need to be checked for impaction or other blockage. Abdominal pain and vomiting would make an exam urgent.
