Clues only: Appendix pain will always be on the right side. Pain from an ovary (or other gynecologic problem) can be either side, often both. Other clues include nausea, vomiting, vaginal discharge or odor, painful urination, previous history of similar pain, and so on. All new, unexplained abdominal or pelvic pain requres medical evaluation ASAP. If severe, vaginal bleeding, or fever, see a doctor right now.

Many things: Other causes of rlq pain would include pid(pelvic inflammatory disease), tubo-ovaarian abscess, meckels diverticulitis, sigmoid colon diverticulitis, various types of colitis, muscular abdominal wall pain, gastroenteritis with diarrhea etc.

No: The usualcause ofpain in the. lower rt. quad of the abdomen is appendicitis. When this is ruled out thepresence of blood will give similar symptoms.  A bleeding ovarian cyst will cause this problem but is rarely infected.  I suspect the symptoms will subside soon and will not affect pregnancy.

Adhesions: One possibility is adhesions - where the organs stick to the abdominal lining or each other. That can happen after surgery. Inflammatory bowel disease is another reason. Women can also have endometriosis with tissue that normally lines the uterus is growing elsewhere in the abdomen. Your doctor can help you find the answer.

was admitted in hospital few weeks ago, due to cyst in ovaries, dr first though its appendicitis.was in hospital for 3 days only got pain pills for the pain when i was discharge. still having extream pain. should i go to dr again?

Uti kidney stone: Not all pain is abdominal.  Your history helps and you probably need to see your doctor.  If your pain is waxing it could be a stone.  Blood in urine too.  Urinary tracy infections can also cause blood.  Usually an elevated WBC count for both however.  A femoral hernia or incisional hernia by physical exam.

Appendicitis: Appendicitis symptoms include: aching pain that begins around your navel and often shifts to your lower right abdomen, pain that becomes sharper over several hours, tenderness that occurs when you apply pressure to your lower right abdomen, sharp pain in your lower right abdomen that occurs when the area is pressed on and then the pressure is quickly released, there are many more symptoms.

severe pain in my lower abdomen, middle but a tiny bit to the right. its just comes and goes, its so painful, it feels like a string being squeezed idk like its connected to pelvis area. done scans ct scans thinking it was appendicitis but nothin?

: You can see a GI doctor to diagnose what the issue is. You may need another CT scan if it continues to see if anything on the scan has changed. So, see a GI doctor. Good luck to you!
