sometime i have feel pain in veins in scrotem  when long standing and if i touch the scrotem the pain go away is it any serious?

Varicocele: This may be a varicocele which is an enlargement of the veins in the area, the same happens on the leg varicose veins they can be enlarged after prolong standing, the main problem may be infertility and pain in the area, but my advise if to have a urologic examination to make sure there are no testicular masses or testicular dysfunction.

Possibly vascular: It sounds like you may have had a small vein in finger dilate or rupture. If you see an area around there that is discolored like a bruise that would be likely. It can be sudden in onset and fairly painful. The bump may represent some bleeding under skin. I actually get this several times a year for no obvious reason. Have it checked: If a vein is painful, it may be inflamed - which can be associated with a clot within the vein - known as thrombophlebitis. If it is on the surface of the skin then it could be a superficial thrombophlebitis - less worrisome than a deep vein clot, but can be associated with deep vein clots. Sometimes veins are  inflamed because they are varicose. A vein specialist will help figure out the issue.

Chest pain: pain in the left arm can be a symptom of heart disease but considering your age and the fact that it hurts with movement of the arm, it is very unlikely to be that.  If you develop swelling of the arm or if the pain worsens you should see your doctor.  If you continue to be concerned a heart work up should be done.

No gas: You don't get gas in your scrotum.  I can't tell you why you're having scrotal pain, but it isn't gas.

You're doing the: Right thing. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for pain. If pus comes out or redness worsens, see your dr. Take care!
