Yes: Yes see a doctor to evaluate chest pains to see if it is your heart or lungs and what treatment is needed. Your pain in veins, i assume is your leg veins? You can try medical compression socks or stockings while you wait to get an evaluation by a phlebologist in your area: www.Phlebology.Org.
