i am a female and am getting a sharp pain in my urethra after i urinate and sometimes just have the pain when i am walking ?

on vacation. dried tissue blocking urethra (male). had to pee- urine couldn't come out due to tissue, urethra balooned +sudden pain, followed by blood. now: pain in urethra + drops of blood after urination. is this serious or will it heal on its own?

Urethral obstruction: Sounds like you have a urethral stricture or perhaps some sort of growth obstructing the urethra. It probably won't clear on its own, and the longer it continues, the more you will be at risk for potentially serious complications, such as infection or even kidney failure. See a urologist ASAP.

Causes of hematuria: Hematuria (H) can be caused by any bleeding in the urinary tract. It could be caused by a tumor of the kidney, kidney stones in the ureters or by a bladder tumor, among other things. Clumps of blood in the urine is not seen in a urinary tract infection. See a urologist (U) for a work up. If you don't have a UTI, the U will be able to give you a diagnosis of the cause of your H and a treatment plan

: Not true,

Mobile sperm is occasionally observed in the first voided urine in the morning.  
The sperm left in urethra remain alive up to 48 hours.

why do i get urethra pain? 
after i masturbate and urinate afterwards, i get a strong pain in my urethra. why is that?

Possible prostatitis: You may have prostatitis or non-specific urethritis.  I would recommend that you have an examination by a qualified provider.  It is possible that you have acute prostatitis.  Other things to consider would be a urethral stricture or injury to the urethra.  Bottom line, get it checked out if symptoms persist.

after urination it feel like some fluid is moving  inside urethra but not outside. no other symptom. is there anything wrong?

Probably no: But you should get checked out for infection of bladder or prostate and std by a doctor if symptoms persist.

See your doctor: This may be an indicator of other health problems like chronic disease or prostate disease.  See your doctor for evaluation and testing.  Depending on what is found you may even need to referred to a specialist.  Good luck.

UTI: This could be urinary tract infections. If this persists, please get your urine checked.

would it be painful if 9mm stone comes out through urine?or it would stuck in urethra.coz i have inside my ureter nd i don't think that it will break.

Small chance: A 9 mm stone in the ureter has a small chance of passing,  about 10%. It also depends on where in the ureter the stone is.   The ureter is the smallest portion of the tract so if you are able to pass the stone through the ureter,  you should be able to pass it through the urethra without difficulty.
