Opposite: It is actually more likely the.other way around.  Chronic "sciatica" will cause a person to lean forward and not fully straighten out at the hip and knee which can potentially lead to hip flexor and knee flex ion  (hamstring) contractures; not typically the other way around.

Pain after stent.: Is that area tender?  Is there swelling?  With this finding, you may want to follow-up with the vascular doctor who performed the procedure.

You may be right: Your hamstring could be tight and trying to strain.Stop exercise and rest it for a few days with only gentle stretching.Applied heat may help losen it up a bit.Advil (ibuprofen) could help any pain or inflamation.After this ,gently resume activity,listen to your body,and if recurs,go in to your Doc to check this out.

Sounds sciatic: The nerve running from spine to leg is easily irritated if you have any disc problems and even just from sitting. 
Look up sciatica and piriformis and try some of the exercises.  Use heat if it helps and acetaminophen as directed.  If it is very severe or you have numbness or weakness in the leg or the pain goes down the leg, you should see someone to have your nerve connections and discs checked

? Bartholin cyst: Where you describe is likely a Bartholin's gland or duct cyst.  If it goes away - don't worry. If it persists you should see you gynecologist. A Bartholin's cyst is not uncommon, but is easy to treat by a procedure called marsupialization, which minimizes recurrance. Simply opening and draining these has about a 50% recurrance. If these cysts become infected, they are very painful and require surgey.

How long is the pain: r u a smoker .Is there only pain or along with pain there is swelling of the leg. Things like muscular strain-sprain, arthritis pain-ankle , tendinitis, venous clots, arterial insuffienceincy ,arterial clots, small enlarged vein called varicose vein can cause the pain in this region. If swelling is there and if pain is persisting and not going away despite over the counter analgesics,call ur dr.
