Examination by a urologist should provide you with an accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

can the procedure of separating labia few times per day in children having partial labial adhesion(as prescribed by doctors) affect urethra or hymen?

Labial adhesions: For my patients with labial adhesions, I usually recommend using a q-tip with some k-y jelly on it to gently separate the adhesions.

If done gently and just on the adhesions, there is no reason it should affect the urethra or hymen

Swollen kidney ;tube: Unilateral hydronephrosis describes inside of kidney is swollen by urine caused by obstruction or urinary reflux. Mega-ureter is a swollen urinary tube between bladder ; kidney also from obstruction at lower end or bladder reflux. Taken together indicates that problem is at junction of bladder ; ureter. Megalourethra ia rare condition where part or all of urinary tube below bladder is very wide.

Get a second opinion: . There are many diagnostic possibilities here. This can be anything from STDs to a bladder infection to trauma, to various kinds of tumors. You need to get this checked out again ASAP.

Not a good idea: Unless it was used in place of a flashlight. Urologists & uro-gynecologists use a cystoscope to examine urethras, that is the instrument to examine the entire urethra in women & men. Otoscopes are designed for examining the auditory canals and ear drums.

Urethra: If you have placed something into your urethra and it is "stuck" please go to the nearest emergency room before you cause any further damage to your urethra!

No there isn't: Doctors may push a q-tip just into urethral opening to swab for stds.
