Stretch and Exercise: At your age, i would suggest stretching out and working in strengthening your cores muscles.  Take some anti-inflammatories around the clock for the next few days.  If you do not improve after a few days, i would consider evaluation by your doctor for further testing and treatment options like epidural steroid injections.

How much?: How much Ibuprofen are you taking?  Make sure you are following the directions on the bottle.  It could be a muscle strain, which usually responds well to ibuprofen.  Have you had any injuries to the area prior to the onset of pain?  Sometimes massaging the area helps.  If all of those don't help and your symptoms get worse, you need to see a doctor, because sometimes it can be a lung problem.

It is likely that: you have some gallbladder or liver issues that would require help from a healthcare provider.  There are OTC meds such as Mylanta or Maalox that you can get for gas and indigestion, which could relieve some of our symptoms.   However if you continue to have these problems despite temporary relief from the OTC meds above, you will need an ultrasound and some blood tests to rule out more serious Dx.

Time for an exam: I think the description of severe sharp pain didn't illicit many responses because it warrants an exam.  And even then the cause might not be apparent but the severe sharp aspect of it warrants a professional evaluation.

Spasm: Discomfort possibly due to spasm in the esophagus although usually discomfort is felt in the chest & not the back. See your doctor.

I wll suggest you get it checked as these are not symptoms of Ulcer in stomach

Think Gallbladder: Gallbladder problems are common in pregnancy, esp. If tis is not your first child. Avoiding fatty foods may be helpful, but you should have an ultrasound now. Talk to your OB very soon about this issue, or go to the er if very bad. Most surgeons are going to try avoid surgery, at this time of pregnancy.
