You could have any number of inflammatory conditions such as allergy, infection, or a large number of alternative conditions that cause pain. Seek medical advice : Clearly not enough information has been provided to provide a serious response. However there is a condition where you can have a nerve irritation in the middle of the foot creating irritation to two digits within the foot. A neuroma. Other than that I would seek medical attention and exam.

Itchy boobs: In short,  see a dermatologist.  There are many causes of itching or pruritus in this area, and some of them are very especially localized to the area of the breasts. Therefore you should see the dermatologist as above and ask her or him to evaluate this trouble.

i am an uncircumcised male, and occasionaly suffer from pain in the foreskin. the skin becomes dry, and will sting if agitated. no odor, or rash.

Please see your doc: or urologist who may give you a steroid cream.  Be careful not to tear anything so as to avoid infection.  More oil in your diet may help w/overall skin lubrication also.  Peace and good health.   Fish oil/olive oil, perhaps 2-3 tbls daily.

i went to the hospital and they took blood. it's 8 hours later and my arm is throbbing in pain. the skin is very dark & bruised, too. is this normal?

Hematoma: It's a hematoma and it's not normal, but it most likely isnt worrisome either. Ice it, elevate it, and put an ace wrap on it. Go to the er if you develop tingling, coolness, or pain in the hand/fingers as this can mean the pressure has built up too much(compartment syndrome) and is cutting off the blood supply down from the site.

i have terrible pain in my right ear. the skin on the right side of my head is super sore and sensitive as well. ?

Ear pain: You could have a middle or external ear infection. You could have blocked Eustachian tube with build up of pressure. You might have an upper respiratory infection. If you have any fluids leaking out of your ear be seen. You could try with a decongestant to see if that helps. See a physician if pain continues.
