Sinus? Jaw?: Need a diagnosis.  Pain in the ear could be due to acute ear infection that can respond to antibiotics, but it could be due to something else. How were you diagnosed and when did you start the antibiotic? If it is a sinus infection, then a long course of treatment is sometimes required, but I feel that CT-sinus scan and ENT evaluation is warranted to rule out mimickers. Could be jaw, gland, etc.

Exam Needed: Your issue may be related to your upper left dentition or sinusitis. You may have an infection. Have your dentist take a look and if there are no problems with your teeth, please see your physician.

Too vague: I could list a variety of problems. Your symptoms are too general to make any diagnosis. That being said, headache is the most likely problem, unless you suffered trauma (i.e. A fall, or car accident). If the symptoms get worse go to a doctors office.

If you must: I would expect full sensitivity to return within a few hours. Placing unusual focused pressure on certain areas makes the nerves quit sending location signals. They return when the blood flow returns to normal. Almost everyone has experienced this with a leg falling to sleep from position.

Pinched nerve: Yoiu ae describing the effect of pinching the greater occipital nerve at the base of yoiu skull.  It is outside the skull and is common in whiplash settings.  If it persists see yoiur doctor for a referral to a pain specialist or clinic.

It's only been 2 hours so somewhat early to draw conclusions- so take some ibuprofen and see how it goes. Press around the temple area for any tenderness. If it's tender then you should probably see a doctor, especially if your vision in that eye changes. If it persists or worsens today see someone (no, not Aunt Flo).

Neuralgia: Sharp, stabbing, fleeting pains like that sound like neuralgia which is due to irritability or inflammation of superficial nerves in the scalp. This is not a serious problem and usually eventually clears without any specific treatment. See your Physician if symptoms persist or worsen or if sustained or frequent headaches occur.
