More info: Need better history.  How did you "injure" your foot.  Did you land on the ball of your foot?  If pain is radiating from your toes up the leg, you may have compressed a nerve in the foot (neuroma).  Have to rule out osseous (bone) injury or fracture but need more info from patient.

See a doctor. : That is not normal.  It could be any number of things. You should make an appointment and key your doctor evaluate your leg.

Not sure: could be a pulled muscle but without an exam it is hard to say.  If more than a week or two old you might want to have your family doc take a look and decide if you need a specialist.

i am on medication 'flupirtine and levipride 50' but since the day i took it,the numbness in my legs is increasing day by day.now unable to even walk.

Check potassium: Flupirtine is unique among pain killers in that it works by opening potassium channels. It is not marketed in the US so I have no experience using it. Numbness or parasthesias in the legs followed by rapidly progressive paralysis may be due to AIDP (Guillain Barre) so its important that you have a neurological assessment immediately.

Check it: There are many causes but pain to touch can mean infection. If the lump is warm tender throbbing the possibility of a localized infection the great. Its important to see a doctor and examine the mass. There are many things it could be and a direct exam is the only way to tell what this is.

Have it looked at: Any persistent mass or lump that does not belong on the skin is worthwhile showing to a doctor.  If it is something harmless, it might be something that could be removed in the office.  If found early, a skin cancer can be removed before it spreads.  Whatever you do, do not try to remove it yourself.

Orthopedic surgeon: Your symptoms warrant an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Internal knee derangement, such as cartilage tear or damage, is a probability. Steadier knee discomfort could also suggest tendinitis. Evaluation will most likely include an MRI examination.

i went kayaking saturday and got the most severe sunburn of my life on my legs. it's wednesday now and still almost unable to walk due to pain.advice?

Not much...: Unfortunately, there's not much you can do. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen or naproxen can help control pain. Potent steroid creams (by prescription) sometimes are tried, but usually are not helpful. If very severe, e,g. if you develop bullae (giant blisters), for sure see a doctor or urgent care clinic ASAP. The good news is that pain should improve very soon.
