Egg allergy: May be an issue that you can tolerate a little but not a lot like in scrambled eggs. Sometimes even when you can tolerate a little as in a cake - over time if consistent you have  ma;l-absorption  and GI issues. Would follow up with allergist. Developing  allergies later in life occurs all the time.

Stomachache  : For stomach pains i recommend taking the over the counter medication called simethicone, tums, (calcium carbonate) peptobismol or rolaids.  Ask the pharmacist to help locate them.  If pain is not relieved with the medication, then seek the attention of a medical provider.

Gallbladder: if egg bother you suspect gallbladder of course it could be something else that is your first target
check with your doctor

Salmonella: Raw eggs are notorious for harboring salmonella which can cause a severe intestinal infections manifested as stomach pain/cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or fever.

lately i haven't been farting. and i get strong stomach aches. mostly after eating beans, spinach or eggs. and i really love these stuff. help?

Excess gas: Beans and some vegetables cause gas in many people because they don't completely digest them, which leads to fermentation in gut, and gas. In the US a non-prescription product called Beano (alpha-galactosidase) helps digest these foods and reduce gas. Simethicone (also non-prescription in US) helps break down gas bubbles in gut, thus reducing cramps. See if you can get them where you live.

i get terrible stomach cramps after eating egg, avocado banana and quorn. is there a specific cause or do i just have multiple intolerance's?

Can't tell : Test those foods one by one. What i mean is eat one of these foods one day and eat the another one in another day and see if you will get cramps. Avoid the ones gives you cramps.

how can i reduce bloating which is caused by egg retrieval and egg transfer. bloating is more in upper abdomen. have more pain after eating.

Should resolve: If the bloating is truly caused by infertility treatment then it should resolve as the medications resolve. Schedule follow up with your doctor to monitor for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. If it does resolve see a gastroenterologist to evaluate other causes.

You may have a: stomach or duodenal ulcer, and the ice cream coats the ulcer and takes the pain away. See your Dr  for evaluation.
