Raw egg exposure: Is linked closely to salmonellosis, especially serotype enteritidis which can be found inside an untracked, raw egg, especially in the egg white. Salmonellosis causes fever and diarrhea lasting 5-7 days and can be quite serious in the young, old and compromised person.
