i i had a sinus infection aswell as a cough. last night i had slight pain in right breast area and then stab pain in back. what would be causing pain?

See doctor: Your pain may be from lots of coughing .It is best to see doctor for proper eval and treatment.

woke up with pain in right breast, then the left breast started hurting. upper body aches, now legs and im getting acne. im sure my menstrual is coming but my breast never have sharp pains, followed by my upper body. dry cough as well. i am 20.

This can be : normal, just prior to the period starting. If masses develop or pain continues, then an exam with your doctor is appropriate.

I have no idea: and I doubt anyone else will...
it could be that the two symptoms are part of the same problem but not related to each other...
For example....allergic reaction can cause coughing (wheezing) and itching!!

Costocondral pain: The cause of the pain depends on whether or not there is swelling at the site of the pain,  if it was initially associated with an infection or physical trauma, and a few other things.  Try naproxsyn sodium (aleve) to see if it helps with your pain, and talk to your physician to narrow the list further.

Pulled muscle: Its likely musculoskeletal, try 2 Aleve (naproxen) 2x per day and do something about the cough.

Depends: If it has only been there a couple of days I would wait. Try some advil (ibuprofen). If  it has been there longer then I would see you doctor. Have  you had trauma to your chest wall. do you run and not wear a bra?
this could also cause trauma. Be prudent and see your doc if it persists longer than one week.

Have your doc exam: Not everything shows up on mammogram .A sonogram may show changes within the breast but if it's. Subtle skin change , it needs the trained eye

Costal;pleural: Pleurisy is inflammation of the lining of the lungs and chest (the pleura) that leads to chest pain (usually sharp) when you take a breath or cough; or
costochondritis may  be caused by trauma, such as bumping the rib cage; as a result of a viral infection; or as part of an inflammatory disease process. Usually the cause is unknown.

Breast Exam&mammogra: At your age you need a breast exam and a mammomgram followed by annual mammograms  as recommended.

Bronchitis: Sounds like you may have an upper respiratory infection or bronchitis.  Since it is now a week with the symptoms I would see your doctor or an urgent care to be checked.
