Costal;pleural: Pleurisy is inflammation of the lining of the lungs and chest (the pleura) that leads to chest pain (usually sharp) when you take a breath or cough; or costochondritis may be caused by trauma, such as bumping the rib cage; as a result of a viral infection; or as part of an inflammatory disease process. Usually the cause is unknown.

Probably rib cage: This is probably an injury to your chest wall/rib cage rather than something in your breast. It could be a costochondritis, a muscle strain, or even a rib fracture. Wrapping your chest might make it more comfortable but generally the only treatment is time.
