i have sharp pain in the pinky side of my hand, mostly centred on the knobbly bone (pisiform) i have golfers elbow and in the past i had carpal tunnel - xray and ultra sound confirmed no structural changes. could this be ralated to carpal tunnel ?

Doubtful: I don't think recurrent sharp pains are characteristic of carpal tunnel syndrome. If your recurrent pain is problematic I would consider having a nuclear bone scan to look for a fracture line or,if you haven't already done so, consult a hand surgeon for an evaluation and advice about treatment options.

pinky side of hand and thumb side of hand are leaning in towards eachother a little. clean ncs aroun hand/wrist area. what could cause this?

It could be: A sign or start of rheumatoid arthritis or problem with the ligament or tendon. Go see ur dr for reassurance. Take care!

a couple years ago i had a partial tfcc tear. it took months for the injury to even be diagnosed. i still get occasional clicking & lots of pain up the pinky side of my hand, elbow & various parts of the arm. can this pain ever be fixed?

hit outer toppart (pinky side) of hand hard on a railing. left scratch that is healing but hand hurt bad. 3 days later no pain at all but around scratch and into ring/pinky fingers feel tingly when touched, grip is off. treat at home? nerve damage?

im a skater, keep landing on the palm of my hand under my pinky side, my palm is pretty hard now, what can i do to heal faster/unharden it?

use vasiline on the harden skin.

Ulnar Neuritis: It could be inflammation of ulnar nerve. It could happen from repeat movements or injury or trauma. Try antiinflammatory like ibuprofren etc.

Tendinitis: sounds like you're developing a tendinitis of your flexor tendon.  It may help to wrap the rest, and I would take a nonsteroidal.
