having pain in neck shoulder and numbness in arm fingers i cant seem to get any relief from the pain what can i do please help thank you ?

First see your PCP: to make sure this is not any heart related issues &amp; then get evaluated for a neck problem like a pinched nerve such as from a disc problem which will usually respond to medication such as a Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pak or NSAID if no contraindications to their use and possibly some physical therapy  along with activity restriction /modification &amp; time. Sometimes home traction and a soft collar worn reversed .

Yes: if it is coming from the spine. 
irritation/damage of upper cervical nerves can cause both of these symptoms
also consider auriculotemporal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia

i would seek medical help and obtain an MRI C-spine, face and brain to see any anatomical causes

May need formal eval: numbness in the lateral shoulder could  be upper cervical or peripheral Axillary nerve dysfunction.
If  there is no associated weakness it is not an emergency .  I would suggest a evaluation  with neurology or PM&amp;R.

Muscle spasm?: Muscle spasm or rigidity can be painful. See a movement disorder specialist. You may need Botox injections.

i have a  mengimoa tumor on the right side butted against the stem. i thought if you had effects like numbness , neck pain it would be on the same side?

Same site: The pathway for light touch (numbness ) remains uncrossed until it reaches the brain stem and partly crosses-over at lower levels.  This is why is spared in unilateral side.

Musculus-skeletal: Pain. Try ice, heat stretches ANS muscle massage and correct posture. If not better see your doctor.
