Need evaluation : The symptoms you are describing suggest an issue with the bladder, possibly bladder wall or possibly the muscle that controls your ability to urinate. Recommend you see your doctor for evaluation

Any cause of sudden pain is worrisome. The pain you mention may be related to the spine, the discs or any cause of inflammation in the spine.
A thorough medical evaluation, probably with a MRI of the spine is necessary to determine what is causing your discomfort and what can be done to alleviate your pain.
Visit a doctor, preferably an orthopedist.

See below: Possibly a syndrome called honeymoon cystitis, due to irritation of the urethra , urine passage after sex.Should resolve soon, or take short course of antibiotic.

Stones?: It could be stones or a stone since it on the right side. Less likely a prostatitis, or possibly a hernia.  So this is where a urologist come into the picture.

UTI-bladder infxn: Burning when you pee is commonly associated with or due to a urinary tract infection, very common in females and less so in males. If no fever/chills/back pain etc...It is called simple acute cystitis (UTI) and can be easily diagnosed in office with urine dip and culture etc...
I suggest you conslult your doc for eval and treatment...

UTI?: It sounds like a urinary tract infection, and Ciprofloxacin is quite potent against most urinary bacteria. Consider getting a urinalysis looking for blood, crystals or stones in your urine to rule out kidney stones. Hope you feel better soon!
