Valsalva Maneuver: Neck pain with a deep breath or pain when you bear down like when you are having a bowel movement is called Valsalva Maneuver and may indicate the presence of stenosis in the neck, a narrowing of the spinal canal.  If it persists, or if you also have pain or numbness that radiates into your arms, you may need to be evaluated by a physician and may need an MRI of your neck.

Not Serious: The "pop" you feel is generally your joints moving over each other. Similar to cracking your knuckles, this movement can make an audible sound. As long as this is not painful it is unlikely to be of any clinical significance.

Pain: i assume you have had x-rays and MRI.  You should start doing stretching or better yet Yoga

Seasonal flu: seasonal flu is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP for evaluation and treatment.

Urgent: While I only have the small amount of information you provided, but this sounds like an emergency.  It the pain is so severe that you can't sleep and your are having difficulty breathing you need an urgent in person evaluation.  This could be related to very concerning heart and/or lung pathology, especially in the setting of a recent surgery.  Please seek help.

Back: Likely just muscle pain with spasm. Use Motrin and heat to area. However, if you are short of breath or dizzy you should see your doctor. Any leg pain and or swelling if so see your doctor. If you smoke and you are on birth control you are at risk for blood clots which can cause chest or upper back pain.

body is weak almost like flu but no other symptoms.i breath in and have right side chest & neck pain. could be muscle but why the fatigue? 3 days long
