Radiculopathy: refers to pain or other symptoms that occur in a location supplied by a nerve, when the problem occurs at or near the root of the nerve, shortly after its exit from the spinal cord.  Radicular pain in the groin results compression or irritation of a spinal nerve root in the upper lumbar spine (low pain).  This can result from inflammation surrounding the nerve root.  Nuprofen reduces inflammation

Prostaglandins: Sorry for your pain. If you are someone that produces a lot of prostaglandins during your period, you can get stronger menstrual cramps which can radiate. Aspirin can reduce prostaglandin. If it persists after your period, see your doctor to make sure it's nothing more serious. Good luck.

Could be many things: She really should be seen to have an evaluation and examination.  Causes could be benign or quite serious, but you can help encourage her to go since it has now gone on for months and doesn't seem to be subsiding.

Need more details.: Age atypical for acute coronary syndrome BUT must have more information about family history and risk factors. Also need to consider the accompanying back pain as well. Rare but life threatening conditions need to be ruled out include an aneurysm rupture/dissection. Also need to consider unusual conditions such as spontaneous pneumothorax. I would like information about recent exertion.
