32f. been having tingling and numbness in face (jaw, ear, neck) on left side for past few weeks, now starting to affect both sides. also been having dizziness and wobbly feeling for 7+ months. what are the chances this is due to a brain tumor?

Pinched nerve: Because patients having cardiac problems can have these symptoms, you should have this ruled out.  But the most common cause is an irritation of a nerve in the neck by a bone spur or herniation that can cause pain or numbness that runs down the arm into the hand.  An MRI can usually show the cause of the problem if it does not resolve.  Thank you for the question.

Neck pain: The symptoms that you describe may be related to a disc herniation in the cervical spine. Alternatively, a soft tissue infection of the neck or a tooth abscess can mimic a herniated disc in  the neck. See your medical doctor for an evaluation.

TMD: All symptoms consistent with TMD. The burning less so than other symptoms. Make sure your TMD is managed by a TMJ spcialiist. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.

Extreme sounds bad: Extreme symptoms means it's extremely important to see a doctor. A person with left chest pain must see the doctor right away to find out why. He should be going to the ER. If it turns out to be a heart problem or heart attack, a collapsed lung, a pneumonia, a blood clot in the lung, bad heartburn, costochondritis (inflammation of the rib joints), etc..., he will be in the right place at the ER.
