diagnosed recently cll stage 0 but just started having abdominal pain left side, feeling bloated. wbc 13, 000. will i need chemo if nodes in abdomen?

Here's an idea: Today, it's customary to subtype cll by its genetic markers. It's actually about a dozen different diseases, some aggressive, some not. I'll bet that your hematologist has already done this, and your tumor mutation / translocation profile will be more helpful as a guide to treatment. Whether your spleen is big or not is much less of a factor than other parameters.

Is it still ongoing?: As a young man, if you are active or moving things, this pain should be improving or gone now.  Otherwise, you need to better describe the location and duration for starters.  If getting worse, you may need to undergo tests.

Don't know: Such vague, non-descript symptoms in the absence of specific injury makes it difficult if not impossible to render an opinion as to what is wrong.  If symptoms persist, then a professional, hands on evaluation is appropriate.

Rule out blood clot: Back pain is common after pregnancy with usual causes like sciatica, herniated discs, pyriformis syndrome.  but a lump may also be a superficial or deep blood clot.  Please see your doctor asap as clots are common after pregnancy

Rhythm Monitoring: Would discuss chest pain with your doctor to help determine if further testing is required.  Heart rates can be elevated for lots of reasons and an ECG or home monitor can be very helpful in determining the reason for the high heart rate.  Treatment would then be directed towards the underlying cause.  Having a heart rate consistently over 110 beats per minute should be further investigated.

LBP and menstrual pa: Low back pain is common around the time of menstruation.  It may be referred from the uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries.  Have you had regular periods?  Is there a chance you could be pregnant?
