Back pain: Hi, please see a doctor soon, I don't know anything about ur past medical history, medications that you might be taking and etc. But I don't like the sound of cold sensation between your legs, that makes me worried. Please go for evaluation.

More than one locati: This appears to have pain comes from more than one location. Groin pain could suggest the hip or surrounding muscles. Although it can occur back pain usually does not come from the hip . Your evaluation will need to look at both areas: back, including bone, joint continuous muscles.

Diverticulitis: What you are describing could be from many different ailments.  Sometimes diverticulitis can cause diffuse pain.  It could be many other things.  Your doctor will need to know more about this pain.  They will ask about what makes it better.  It is good that you can tellt them that it is worse with walking.  Also timing.

i have sclerosis of si joint shown on xray & spondyloarthropathy. neck, spine, lower back & hip pain. having mri of pelvis to see if fusion in spine. can sclerosis of neck be missed even though it was shown in si joint? asking for mri of neck too. ty?

Get rheumatologist: There appears to be a widespread arthritic issue here, but I do not see a unifying diagnosis.  Appropriate radiological studies should provide reliable anatomical answers, but do not understand your concern regarding something "missed".  You need to get this entire picture clarified, especially at your age.  (e.g., do you have ankylosing spondylitis, or an inflammatory arthropathy?)

can a uti cause groin pain and thigh/hip pain in a female? the area of thigh and hip is connected to the groin area? i got dx with uti today and was prescribed 7 days of cipro antibiotic. im just ready for some relief?

: Sorry, but it is unlikely a UTI explains hip or thigh pain. Probably separate problems. That said, weirder things have happened:  see what happens as your UTI is treated. But don't let your hopes get too high. Good luck.

every time i play soccer i get a sharp pain around top of right thigh and small pain in hip/groin, what could this be?

It depends.: Groin pain can mean a hernia or else a hip problem. Possibilities include a torn labrum (the fibrous ring that holds the head of the femur in the hip), femoral acetabular impingement (fai) syndrome arthritis (unlikely in a young person), avascular necrosis.  If it persists you should probably get an x-ray to make sure it isn't serious.
