Nerve pain: It can be a simple irritated nerve of the scalp or can be the beginning of a nerve root irritation: neuralgia.
Causes are many and varied. Hopefully relieved by the use of the over the counter anti-inflammatory medication like advil or aleve (naproxen). Consult your physician if condition persists. Avoid harsh hair products or direct hot air dryer.

Pain: This will require an in-person medical evaluation to get to the route of your pain.  Obviously the more sleep deprived you become the more that can impact the pain and vice versa.

Muscle tension: Sounds like you have some muscle tension from maintaining an unnatural posture for a prolonged period of time. Give the devices a rest, or put them on a stand so you don't have to hold them, and use some heat and gentle stretching to relax the muscles. It may take several days to feel better. If not improving after a week, or if other worrisome symptoms occur, then get a medical exam.

Anything: Headaches can come from fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, eye strain, sleep apnea, snoring, being dehydrated, having chronic sinusitis or allergies, too much caffeine or over the counter headache medication, high blood pressure or something more serious like a tumor. See your doctor and get checked.

Occipital HA's: Muscle tension can put pressure on the occipital nerve & so can facet arthritis in the c-spine. They start in the neck or base odf the skull (occiput) and go up & over the top of ur head and settles behind the eyes. C a neurologist 4 eval & c-spine x-rays 2 b sure.
