Get checked: For a hernia which,if direct will bulge on coughing. If it is an indirect hernia and still small the doctor will feel the impulse on coughing with his or her finger. It may also be muscle or ligament strain, swollen lymph nodes,kidney stone.....It is best to get checked than to guess. Good luck

Urinary tract: All sounds like an issue with urinary tract except the calf soreness.  With history of enlarged prostate I would first assume you are having an issue with your prostrate, such as an infection.  Prostate can cause groin and back pain.  Have your urine checked and see your MD.

Prostate Source: Given the description, an sti could be possible, most likely gonorrhea.  You should be tested by your local md.  
If you do not have it, then the prostate can be a source of such symptoms.  Groin, testicle or low back pain are common.  
Increase water intake, reduce caffeine, begin nsaids (aleve) with food twice a day for two weeks. Hot soaks in a tub helps. F/u with md if not better in 7-10 days.

See Doctor: It is best to see a Doctor who can examine you and possibly do testing, such as a urinalysis to assure you do not have an infection causing your symptoms. Urology Consult: If problem persists, i would recommend you see a urologist and have your urine screened for infection and inflammation.   Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is one antibiotic.  There are other causes of these symptoms.

i had a uretoeroscopy no stone found and today is 6 days after stent removal i had sharp groin pain and feel sore there+foam in urine is this normal?

Ureteroscopy: Instrumentation can cause air to get trapped in the bladder. If the bladder doesn't empty fully it can take a week for it to fully empty.This could be the air you're voiding. It can be weeks before the symptoms full resolve from instrumemtation.
