Some people do: Yes, some fat is lumpier than others, but consider lipomas as a possibility

Some patients may have papillary necrosis and kidney tissue accompanied by bleeding may occur.

Lipoma: These subcutaneous lumps may be lipomata which are benign growths of fatty tissue. To be sure,however, a physician would have to examine you.

Belly wound bad.: It's always hard to say with certainty, but the entire abdomen contains very important structures.  A knife wound anywhere in the area could be fatal. Another knife wound just an inch to the right or left of that wound might be survivable.

i stepped onto a belt buckle prong that caused a small, but deep cut about 24 hrs ago. i believe there was fatty tissue slightly poking out of the wound, which is now just about done bleeding. i immediately cleaned it w/peroxide. should i be seen?

: I am assuming this is on the bottom of your foot? If you have diabetes, you should be seen. If not, you could put an antibacterial ointment (triple antibiotic, bacitracin, etc.) and cover it with a bandaid or gauze. Change that daily and if it gets wet/soiled. Monitor for signs of infection-increased redness, pus, etc. If it develops any infection signs, then see a doctor. Hope it feels better!

Biopsy: Fatty tissue in the form of a lipoma becomes suspiciaous for malignancy when it grows and reachs over 10 cm.  With large fatty tumors, total excision is required for diagnosis since part of the tumor can be benign and part malignant.  A sample biopsy can prove to be wrong.

Bruising: I actually have no concept of what you are really asking. Bleeding into 'fat tissue' is called bruising.

Fatty liver: It means your liver is strained and very well may be sick. Fatty liver can lead to cirrhosis just like alcohol. It is very important to change diet and to lose weight.
