Possibly normal: Drinking large amounts of fluid in the evening May cause the symptoms you're describing, especially if your frequency and amount of urination is normal during the day. Try limiting fluid intake in the evening

If your daytime urination is also excessive, and or, frequent it could be a sign of other medical conditions and you should consult with your primary physician.

Bladder pain: You may be overstretching the detrusor muscle of your bladder which can cause bladder spasms. If you continue to have pain when you void you may need an emanation and urine tests to rule infection or other problems.

Yes, see a doctor: The symptoms you are describing sounds to me like you have an infection in your kidneys. Infections of the kidneys can begin as urinary tract infections and ascend into your bladder and eventually reflux into the ureters and into the kidneys. These require prompt medical therapy as they can result in permanent kidney damage.

Altho your dose of …: Endep (amytriptyline) is low, both it and 5-HTP increase serotonin levels which may lead to elevated blood pressure &amp; increased heart rate (potentially leading to shock); so it's best NOT to use this combination of drugs. Further, HTP causes drowsiness, so taking it in the AM may be problematic, as amitriptyline also causes drowsiness Have FP review problems &amp; meds to find safer combination.
