Need more info: if you hit the back of your head this could be occipital neuralgia, another possibility is a pinched cervical nerve which can get more compressed with certain neck positioning (MRI C-spine would show it); if  sharp pain is primarily below the hairline, this could also be a muscle strain at the back of the neck (worsening with neck flexion), need more information to help you figure this

Tension headache: It seems that a muscle that runs from the back of your head to the neck on the left side is tight causing muscle tension headache, especially when you perform the activities you mentioned. Applying heat or at times ice might help. Stretching exercises to relieve tension will help along with medicines like ibuprofen or naproxen . Please go see a doctor if not better after doing this for a week.

Pain in the neck: or cervicalgia, is the most common syndrome seen in PCP practice. May be due to a muscle strain or ligament sprain and with associated symptoms headache, facial pain or TMJ. See your PCP for consultation, tests and treatment.

Fluid from nose: Is it clear?  Does it taste salty?  If so, it could be a spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid leak (CSF). You should collect 1-2 cc of the fluid and get it tested.

Her "dizziness" can also accompany occipital nerve impingement within spastic superior trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles during their contractions. Cold/hot/electric/tingling are often descriptions when an injured nerve is the cause of the pain. The top nerve coming out of the spine goes up the back of the head and can give that symptom in degenerative cervical spine disease.
