Mild: If the symptoms are mild and not interfering with daily activities very much, please see your physician soon. Local heat and Ibuprofen may be used to relieve muscular pain. If the pain or symptoms intensify, then please see the Emergency Department.

: You need to make an appointment for mom to be evaluated.  Chest pains which are worsening should be looked at immediately.  It may be nothing more than a pinched nerve or some chest wall inflammation, but other problems can cause these symptoms, and she should have it checked out by a doctor.

Gall bladder pain is: usually associated with eating fatty foods. U may B having " gas pains " . If constipated,the bowls R moving stool along, and if there's a gas bubble,the peristalsis pushes the air around the hard stool. This causes increased pressure or stretching of the colon wall. M.D. visit: The pain that you are experiencing upon inspiration may indicate inflammation or infection of the pleura, which is the lining  around the lung. In your age group, malignancy of the pleura is less common. In addition, a collapse of the lung is another possibility. Your doctor may order a chest x ray to determine the underlying cause.

Problematic : The combination of symptoms could mean that a simple viral upper respiratory  infection is now tracking lower down into the lungs. The shortness of breath and chest pain could indicate development of an early pneumonia or pleurisy. You need to visit your nearest Accident and Medical Clinic for further evaluation and treatment.

Costochondritis : The pain you describe is typical of either costochondritis pleurisy. The shortness of breath, chest tightness and cough maybe from asthma. The only way to find out what's going on is by an in person visit to a physicians office.

: Mild dry cough and chest tightness are often associated with asthma, bronchospasm and/or bronchitis. Musculoskeletal pain may be the underlying cause of your ache on the right side. Application of local heat to the area is often effective in reducing pain.
