See  Below: Sounds like a muscular injury.  It's always difficult to tell without an exam, but if you stop the tennis for a bit, it should improve.  If it does not, you need to be examined.

Thigh pain /swelling: Seek immediate medical attention in an ER. You may have a clot in your leg, which could have serious consequences and needs immediate attention. Also could possibly be appendicitis, ovarian torsion which all need  immediate ER evaluation. Go to an ER now.

Torn adductor/ham: With this type of injury and bruising, I often think first of a partial tear of the groin/adductor or hamstring tendons or muscles. It would be wise to try and get a definitive diagnosis and receive a plan for rehab, recovery time and return-to-play recommendations. It may take several months to heal. pain inner right thigh (groin area) down to foot. been weeks now. two negative ddimers but no ultrasound. no other symptoms. ultrasound worth it?

Not likely: If D-dimer is negative, you are very unlikely to have venous thrombi and ultrasound is not warranted. 
Beyond that one would need to examine you to ascertain the cause of pain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i've been having some mild burning pain in the inner/under side of both thighs and have noticed there are small "lumps" along this region from groin down to knee underneath the skin. are there lymph nodes in this region? what else could they be?

on my right side it hurts from the hip all the way down to my calf muscles. the pain is worse on the inner part of the thigh near the hip and groin area. i can't stand or walk cause the pain is beyond a 10 on the scale.. any ideas what it could be?

Could be nerve pain: This could be nerve pain. There are a variety of nerves that run from the lower spine through the pelvis and down either leg. Any pressure or inflammation could cause one or more of them to be compressed- causing pain. Important to see a physician who can do a complete Physical exam and offer options for decreasing inflammation.

pink inflamed patch like rash that spreads from inner thighs to outer thighs to buttocks & starting down legs. foreskin is inflamed but no rash. some groin pain. itchy. no blisters, no smell, no unusual discharge. penis looks fine. yeast infection?

Probably tinea: Tinea is a type of fungus that commonly causes the rash like you describe, and is less likely to cause an odor than Candida, which causes most vaginal yeast infections. Try applying a small amount of over-the-counter terbinafine cream daily. You cannot "kill" the fungus, the cream "paralyzes" it, and with regular daily use, your body will shed the fungus off your skin.

This is an urgent : Matter and you need to be seen as soon as possible to determine the cause of your pain.  It is suggestive of blood clots or a mass . Please see a doctor ASAP.

Bites: Keep area clean and dry,  You could put some topical antibiotic on spots if red.  Topical corticosteroid if itchy and oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for itch if needed.  If worsening redness with therapy get treated.
