i fell going down stairs last year. hit my lower back on edge of stair. there is a bump from when i fell still present on my lower back left side??

Maybe old hematoma: It could be an old hematoma (blood clot) that has turned in to scar tissue, or is surrounded by scar tissue. Very unlikely to be a hernia, but an exam by your doctor can help sort out the seriousness, and whether or not any testing needs to be done. Hope this helps!

last week i fell and hit my head on stair railing drunk, i feel fine now but should i still get it checked? i quit drinking also.

No: If you feel fine, you don't need to get it checked since the incident happened last week. However, if you hit your head again, you could have a bad concussion next time. Each time you hit your head, the injury to the brain accumulates.

my husband accidentally saturday evening fell with our 8month old baby from the second last stair of our stairs. we cant see that she got hurt, but we are still worried for anything we cant see, like a concussion etc. although all seems normal.

i fell on the stair case sraight on my back i felt my back crack since then i have a burning sensation on my left side and can't hardly walk  ?

Go see your doc!: Back injuries leading to change in sensation and inability to walk need to be evaluated. Go see your doc for a complete evaluation. Go to the emergency department if you can't control your bladder or can't walk due to muscle weakness, not just pain. Numbness in your crotch area is also a really bad sign and needs to be evaluated emergently.

3 days ago fell down a couple stairs and hit back of neck on the stair. since then i've been dizzy and have headaches on and off. anything wrong?

Head/ neck injury: Did you get checked out in ED? You should have been evaluated urgently and probably should have had a CT  of your head, possibly neck to look for brain injury, intracranial bleeding, and spinal injury. You may have had a concussion with post- concussive vertigo, but you should get seen and evaluated ASAP by primary care or ED and probably neurology. An ENT evaluation of the vertigo may help too.

4 months s/p bilat pars repair. slipped and fell on carpeted stairs. surgery area whacked stair. should i be worried. small increase in pain? er, xray

Depends: As you say a small increase in pain. If this does not improve within a reasonable time, then I suggest a visit to your surgeon just to be reassured there is nothing really wrong. A bruise  also takes some time to heal. Don't wait too long however.

my husband was shocked by 400volt electricity and was taken to hospital at the hospital they on toke xray of his head as he fell down flight of stair after he lost consciousness but is still in pain and was released after 3days
he went to our gp ?

Pain ? : Where is the pain?  Was a CT of the head done? What was is injuries? More details are needed.  You should call the GP .
