You need an exam: If you are experiencing testicular or scrotal pain you need a face-to-face examination.  Some of the causes of testicular pain are harmless, others can be very serious. Your doctor may need to do a testicular exam, a urine or blood test, an ultrasound or other tests to determine the cause of your pain.

It may be a cyst.  An ultrasound may be needed to help diagnose it.  If it is painful or gets bigger before you can get seen then go to the Emergency Department

Could have: Epididymitis or inflammation in that normal area of bag of worms. Try Ibuprofen 800mg 3 x a day don't ride bikes, watch how sit and elevate when possible z if not getting better in a week see urologist , .

A large one is called a spermatocele. A varicocele is a collection of dilated veins that can be felt near the spermatic cord. Usually these entities are left alone unless large or painful. See your urologist for evaluation.
