See eye doctor: The eyeball sits in a boney cave which one may call the socket.  The eyeball is surrounded by bones on all sides and the back like a scoop of ice cream sitting in a sugar cone.

Pretty Common.: Such twitching is common and usually benign.  Related to stress, meds, stimulants, sleep deprivation, etc. Unless this is progressive (becoming more frequent and involving larger areas of your face or other areas of your body)  it requires no further evaluation.

left eye socket pressure. also feels like there is something inside my left eye when i roll my eyes. itchy eyes past few days. what could it be?

Eye exam: From your brief description you may have allergies and resultant symptoms relieved with anti-allergy meds.  Recommend that you get an eye exam ASAP.

Ophthomologist: There are some benign causes for your symptoms, but there are also some concerning causes. The more acute this is, the more it needs to be evaluated. Ed if visual disturbance and or pain with light and/or high fever are more concerning. Ed or ophthamologist are appropriate.

unexplained bruising left eye socket - just noticed this, it's on inner side of eye, i haven't hurt it at all?

Trauma?: You must have rubbed the area without realizing for the result is soft tissue trauma. As long as vision and movement of the eyeball is fine use some heat and alternate with ice for resolution

hello, i have had my left eye watering constantly for perhaps a week now, and wiping away tears/discharge has now irritated the skin around my eye. also, it has been painful to press on the inside corner of my eye for quite a few weeks, and i am unsure if this is related. i thought this could be allergies as my head does feel stuffy intermittently, but my new red eye socket (not the eye itself) has motivated me to ask.

left eye watering?

: You have an obstructed and possibly infected tear drainage system (dacryocystitis). The tears drain via tiny openings at the inside corner of each lid into a sac under the skin at the inside corner and then into the nasal cavity. You might feel a nodule when you press the inside corner. This has to be treated often with oral antibiotics along with eye drops, and sometimes a minor procedure.

pressure in left side of head last few days,also feel pressure on teeth in upper left jaw and some pain around left eye socket. a few dizzy spells too?

Pain and dizzyness: Could be dental (infection, TMJ dysfunction),  or medical issues (ear infection, sinus infection, tumor, etc). There is no way to make a diagnosis without a clinical examination.
Make an appointment to see your physician. If there are no medical issues, visit your dentist.

Eye pain: The sensation you are describing can come from sinusitis, migraines, even some lymphomas.  If it is something that persists you need to see your doctor for a possible scan of the area to determine the cause.  Feel better soon

i had severe pain behind left eye after a week it stopped during the evening my left drooped it was painful it took a moment to look straight this has happens now 4 times what would cause it to droop?

: Unfortunately neither simple, nor straight forwards.  The droop could be a Horner's phenomenon, but this could be behind the eye, in the neck or even upper chest.  The eye pain may be a clue.  See your ophthalmologist.  Consider imaging of brain, and even studies of blood vessels.  A neurologist may be involved.  Track this fully ASAP.
