Neck or shoulder: Shoulder problems will irritate the neck and neck will irritate shoulder. Levator scapula muscle serves as a trigger point.

See the Doctor: Blurry vision is a serious sign when associated with pain. Temporal arteritis needs immediate attention to prevent blindness. Migraine complex can also cause these symptoms. Not to be diagnosed over the internet.

Ask for neuro: Ask to see neurologist.Bell's palsy is the most common cause of facial paralysis worldwide. However recurrent paralysis of the facial nerve is an unusual occurrence and reported in only 7-8% of all Bell's palsy cases.There is either a recurrent infection with herpes simplex or some other neuro issue such as ischemia..This is vry unusual for this to happen and needs further workup.

Not related: Your two "complaints" most likely are not related "Beer colored urine" probably just indicates CONCENTRATED curin (drink more clear fluids and see if that helps) The pain behind your ear and neck sound like enlarged lymph glands from an infection in your ear.

Yes it could.: The nerves which give sensation to the back of the scalp come from the upper three nerve roots of your neck area.  If one of these are "trapped" it could cause pain.  There are a number of other causes to consider if you're having pain in that area.  You should consult your physician for a full examination/evaluation.

Hard to say: The mastoid processes is behind the ear. If you happen to have an infection in the mastoid process pain could be caused by that.
 If you are talking about the muscles  in your neck there could be something else going on. See your dr.
