i have no flu sympts at all. but i have a pain behind right ear and down neck. comes and goes during day. hurts when i touch it or turn head to right.

Muscle pain: this is typical muscle pain.. Please use Tylenol (acetaminophen) if your liver is Norma and use ibuprofen if your kidneys are normal and no history of stomach ulcer.. Massage should also help

Ear and neck: Please start by seeing an Ear specialist!
If the ear is the only issue it will be taken care of.
If the side of the neck is troubling to the doctor you will be referred to a neck specialist.

Neck: Could be muscle spasm, a nerve pain from the neck nerves, muscle inflammation. Start with warm compresses every three to four hours, restrict exercise or lifting, but do check it out with your doctor

You are uncomforable: Not all of your symptoms will fit into one neat diagnosis. I'd start with a good neurology exam  which can address vertigo, burning leg sensation, numbness of the face.

Swimmer's ear: Could be otitis externa or what is commonly called "Swimmer's ear"  Which is easily treated.  There are OTC treatments for Swimmer's ear, but better to be safe than sorry. You should see your Health Care Provider to be sure.

Have it checked out: Difficult to say what that is. It could be mastoiditis with spread down the neck. At an rate, based on your description of it being "red hot", that suggests an infection-whatever the source. You should have it checked out before it spreads or worsens.

Throbbing pain: Migraine headache could be felt deep in your ear. If Ibuprofen and tylenol (acetaminophen) not helping, see your PCP for specific meds for migraine such as Fiorinal, Imetrex etc.

i have a lump under skin on left side of neck behind ear and halfway down neck, not painful. bigger in mornings when i wake whole left side even down back hurts when i lay on left side i am a paraplegic, f1 injury 5 yrs ago?

: The lump in the neck could be one of many things but the most likely is a reactive lymph node that may be because of various infections. You did not indicate how big it is, they quite often would go down by themselves after resolution of infection however it may also be due to cancer and sometime there is a need to biopsy it to find out the cause. The pain may be musculoskeletal and have Dr exam.
