i was at a water park and went down a slide. i hit the bottom and ever since, the left side of my foot hurts and is a little swollen. what is it?

Contusion: It could be a plain contusion or even a Fr ,if not better in a week will need x-ray

there is a bony lump that formed at the bottom of my right toe at side of my foot (maybe top of first metatarsal). should i get it looked at or ignore?

Tailor bunion..: If it does not hurt or bother you in any other way, then leave it alone. Things can always get worse by fooling with it.

my toes are bruised and the bottem left side of my foot hurts when i put pressure on it. i haven't been to the hospital it's been hurting for 2 weeks ?

Why are they : Bruised? Was their trauma? Did you bump the foot? If so an xray would be a good idea, you don't necessarily  need a hospital, you can see a doctor at an office....

my ankle is swollen, red, and warm to the touch. also my ankle and the bottom right side of my foot hurt when i try to walk. i had surgery on it multiple times last year but fine since then. should i go to er or wait the week or 2 to see doctor?

: Red swelling in the ankles sounds like it could be an infection, gout, arthritis, a result of a clot. It hard to say what you should do without more information. If you want you can try telemedicine first understanding that the doctor may not be able to treat you but direct you where you need to go.

at nail salon what is risk contract hiv or hep c. they dug out my ingrown toenail. then they used a new sponge from packaging, scrubbed bottom of foot and cut the side of my foot. i didnt realize cut until foot was grabbed and i had minimal bleeding?

: The risk for HIV is extremely low but Hep C infection is still possible because HIV is easily killed with the disinfectant(s) but not Hep C virus. However, in order to contract to Hep C virus you have to assume the equipment had been contaminated with Hep C virus before it was used for you so it is still a long shot.

i have slight pain (feels like stepping ona bruise) on a small spot on the bottom/side of my foot about an inch below the pinky toe. diagnosed bursitis but steroid shot + prednisone didnt work. what would be the next guess? looking for 2nd opinion?

X-ray: You should be seen by a podiatrist and have a x-ray taken of the foot to first be sure you don't have a jones fracture which is a fracture of the styloid process of the 5th metatarsal which often occurs with these injuries or you could have a lingering insertional peroneus brevis tendinitis which is the tendon that inserts there and got strained with the inversion injury if that's what occurred.

ive got plantar psoriasis.the bottom of my foot is almost healed. now, on the side of my toe,ive got a red inflamed area with blisters.could it be from wearing the same tennis shoes &now its a fungal thing?can i use clobetasol proprionate+lotrimin?
