Further testing: A follow up with your PCP including routine screening tests may be indicated. Screening for Diabetes, renal disease and infection are among possible causes.

Probably not: Irregular bleeding at this age is not uncommon. It is mostly due to the perimenopause change in hormones. The only concern would be if you had gone more than a year without a period and started bleeding again.

Get checked: At 56 lack of Estrogens cause dryness of vaginal mucosa , and  this change predisposes to urinary infections , see your doctor . May need possible local estrogen ointment  treatments.

Normal : I am not aware of any medical condition that has ‘split urination’ as the presenting symptom. If that’s your on symptom I would not really bother

Get checked: Stream and voiding problems in females may be related to narrowing of the urethra, prolapse of the bladder, or dysfunction of the bladder due to nerve problems, amongst other things. However it may be that you are emptying but it just doesn't feel like you are. Therefore best way is to get evaluated to asess your voiding by a urologist.

If swelling yes: amlodipine causes some people to retain fluid as swelling in the legs and other tissues. sleeping supine elevates the legs and increases the return of leg swelling to the circulation and then to the kidneys. increased urine output occurs at that time (night for day time workers). however, other causes of swelling include the estrogen cycle and other medications or diseases that require evaluation

Lots of things: See a doctor to check for bladder infection, heart disease and diabetes. Then make sure you cut off liquids 2 hours before bedtime.   A urologist can determine if you empty your bladder fully.

Most likely cystitis: The most likely cause of this in a young adult female is a bladder infection or cystitis.  It could perhaps be--less likely--a yeast infection. There are other causes
drink a lot of fluids (yes, 8 glasses per day), including cranberry juice.  If does not completely clear up within a week, see family practitioner.  Also, if never saw a gynecologist, 18 years old is a good time to start.

See below: Most likely cause is trapped air in the vagina which escapes out with a change in position and is usually of no clinical significance. This may occur because of altered anatomy in the genital/pelvic region that can occur with aging, childbirth, weight gain, pelvic floor prolapse or weakness, etc. For reassurance, helpful to have pelvic exam and U/A to assess above and to rule out UTI, fistula, etc

Most likely: U have a bladder or urethra infection, please see your gyn or go to an urgent visit center for diagnosis and treatment.
