Exam needed: A Lump and pain in the pubic area or groin could be a hernia, enlarged inflamed lymph gland or a cyst such as a  wen, early abcess or ingrown hair  A physician would have to examine you in order to make a diagnosis.

i have an excruciating pain in my abdomen, front left side, +- halfway between my hip bone and my pubic bone. sweat, vomit, down +- 4 hours?

Excruciating?: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually r lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain" need a doctor's evaluation. "Excruciating pain" often means something bad, thus consider calling for the ambulance.

Pain: If you cannot sit or stand due to the pain, I think you should have it evaluated in the emergency room.

Bone islands: are benign incidental findings, they don't cause a mass.  If you had a bony or calcified mass the CT should have showed it easily.  The mass you feel may be hard, but not bone.  Additional imaging with mri may be useful if CT failed to provide an answer.

Usually not: but an abscess from a bowel perforation or infection can make you feel that way. Best to see your doctor ASAP to avoid a much more serious and severe situation developing.

Unclear: The large intestine starts in the right lower quadrant, goes up under the ribs on the right, travels across the abdomen to a place under the ribs in the left (higher that the right), then travels to the left lower quadrant, then into the pelvis . Looks almost like an upside down 'U'. Abdominal pain is best diagnosed with a complete evaluation. Call your primary care provider.

Not likely: I doubt that the above would impinge upon the bladder to cause frequency or urgency. A urologist would be best to evaluate and advise you about diagnosis and treatment.

Unsure: Could be several things.  If it is severe or persists more than several hours then you should be evaluated.  Sorry but the list of possible causes is long.  With any type of abdominal/pelvic pain, best to be seen.  If any fevers, vomiting, diarrhea, sudden worsening of pain, please be seen right away.  Sorry this was not more helpful. is it a pinched nerve have pain n the front inner & side of thigh. have pain n lower back, hips, pubic bone, groin area. can decompression help this?

Depends: This depends on what your imaging reveals.  Lumbar stenosis can cause back pain and pain into thighs which are worse with ambulation.  Decompression can help this with or without a fusion depending on your specific image and exam.  However you are very young for something like this to happen.  Please be seen and evaluated.
