Be happy, enjoy life, and don't think about pregnancy too much. It will happen when it happens, and if half a year goes by with nothing happening, then ask the doctor about it. Start on prenatal vitamins to help prevent certain types of birth defects when pregnancy happens.

Have you had any std's or pelvic inflammatory disease that could have scarred your fallopian tubes?  Do you have any significant diseases?
