Ask your OB MD: Have you had your post-partum checkup with your OB MD since the C/section? If not,  then it is time to return to their office and ask your OB MD as well as be assured that total surgical healing has occurred prior to engaging in an exercise program. If the wound is not completely healed at his time, strenuous exercise can cause the incision to re-open.

Scar from C/S: The scar from a C/S will have "itchy" sensations for many months as the scar tissue matures.  Nothing to worry about, and it will disappear in time.

Common complaint: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. This would not be related to having a miscarriage over a year ago. You will need to see a doctor and ask to be tested for irregular periods. You may request testing for thyroid disease and pcos. There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. It is not related to having your tubes tied.Schedule a visit.

Not really: Four months after is too long, as you would have had some symptoms long ago if any retained placenta was in you.  The inflammation in your colpo biopsy refers to your cervical/uterine cells, and not any retained placenta products.  Best wishes.

Ob ultrasound:  any pregnancy that is within 6 months of a cesarean section has me a little worried about whether or not your scar has healed and whether or not the pregnancy is growing in the scar itself. You should establish prenatal care withan OB doctor early and get an ultrasound to make sure that this pregnancy is healthy. Take prenatal vitamins.

Show it to: Your obstetrician, but surgical scars can take up to one year to reach its final healing stage.

If you can find a: Assuming nothing strange happened at  time of c-section you could try to labor but you will need to find an OB doc who does vbacs vagina birth after c- section as most obs do not do vbacs any more because if you vbac a patient the doc is supposed to remain in the hospital the entire time you are on labor and most docs cannot afford to cancel their office to do that, the risk is uterine rupture.

Four weeks post term: Chances are that your due date was not calculated correctly.  Consult your OB physician about the size and probable due date based on an ultrasound.  If the fetus is of normal size at this point, there is no need to be concerned about complications from being post-term. It is important to know, however, when the actual due date is calculated, as some problems can occur past 41-42 weeks.
